Unfortunately I've seen more than my fair share of well intentioned, hard working IA's get released because they simply weren't writing proper notes and also NO ONE taught them how to write them properly.

Scenarios will have a live role play portion and students will turn in their notes for each scenario, I'll be reviewing each file note that is turned and I'll be grading your file notes in the same way that management at the insurance carrier does along with how you can write each note better.

Each session of the live webinar will be 90 minutes, with plenty of time for Q&A for all students present.

All presentations will be recorded for those who may miss a portion of a call and before the Live Event each student will receive their packet so they can write their file notes and turn them in to me after each call.
