Hey,

I’m working on a new whiteboard reel that breaks down one of the biggest hidden blockers in business growth: limiting beliefs. Before I record it, I wanted to share the logic with you here because if you apply this, you can remove 90% of the hesitation, procrastination, and second guessing that slows down your revenue.

Here’s the core idea:

Every business challenge can be traced in two directions. A real problem, or a limiting belief. The difficulty is that most people treat belief problems like real problems, and they stay stuck for months or even years.

So here’s the flow I walk myself through:

Business problem → Can you solve it with your current resources or knowledge?

If the answer is yes, then the next question is:

Did you actually solve it?

If yes, then the problem is closed. No limiting belief is present.
If no, then we are not dealing with strategy. We are dealing with a limiting belief.

If the answer is no, meaning you cannot solve it with what you already know, then you are likely dealing with a skill gap that often creates or reinforces a limiting belief.

When a limiting belief is present, this is the process I use to remove it:

Name it → Trace it → Disprove it with data → Replace it → Take action → Update identity

A quick breakdown of each step:

Name it: Put language to the belief that is stopping action.
Trace it: Identify where the belief came from. Past failure, comparison, someone’s comment, or an assumption.
Disprove it with data: Look for evidence that challenges the belief. Competitors, testimonials, small wins, or market demand.
Replace it: Choose a new operating assumption that is testable, not wishful. For example, “There are at least five people who want this solution.”
Take action: Action builds evidence, and evidence reshapes belief.
Update identity: See yourself as a person who solves valuable problems and gets paid well for it.

This works because limiting beliefs do not collapse under more thinking. They collapse under evidence, and evidence is generated through action.
